About the Role

Female Founder Collective is looking for a Social Media Intern who lives and breathes social. This role supports the Social Media Director across day-to-day execution, trend discovery, and content planning. You’ll help bring FFC’s social presence to life, from posting and scheduling to trend spotting and asset development, while learning how a founder-led brand builds community and drives impact through content. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, curious, creatively plugged-in, and excited to grow in social media.

Key Responsibilities

Content Execution & Posting - Assist with posting content across Instagram and LinkedIn (with occasional TikTok support) - Ensure posts are published accurately, on time, and aligned with the approved content calendar - Support basic caption formatting, tagging, and CTA placement

Trend Research & Social Listening - Monitor social trends, sounds, formats, memes, and creator moments relevant to founders, business, fashion, beauty, Tech, AI, and culture - Flag timely trends and content opportunities to the Social Media Director - Stay tapped into what’s performing across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Scheduling & Calendar Support - Help build and maintain a biweekly social content calendar - Assist with scheduling content via scheduling tools - Track content status (drafted, approved, scheduled, posted)

Social Asset Development - Support creation of simple social assets (video editing, carousel slides, story graphics, quote cards, repost templates) - Resize and format assets for different platforms as needed - Organize content files and folders to keep workflows clean and efficient

Community & Admin Support (as needed) - Assist with story reposts and basic community engagement - Support internal content tracking and reporting tasks - Help prep content for launches, events, and announcements
