Happy Hour Beauty is an LA-born makeup and skincare brand built by a 15 year+ makeup artist. Our mission is to empower people by giving them the tools AND the knowledge for their best skin yet. Taking care of yourself with your skin care or makeup, should feel exciting, rewarding, easy, and attainable. In December we launch our “Natural Ease” foundation and concealer and our hero product (which has been two years in the making), “I Found The One” serum and in March we're heading to Expo West!
We're looking for a Social & Content Lead (contract, LA-based,) to manage our TikTok and Instagram.
You'll: Plan, shoot, and edit daily short-form video (TikTok, Reels) alongside our founder • Run our content calendar, community replies, and TikTok LIVES • Work with our TikTok Shop affiliate team and coordinate creator seeding • Keep our aesthetic sharp and on-brand: warm, sensory, founder-led • Report weekly on what's growing and what's selling You have: 2+ years running social for a beauty, skincare, or wellness brand • A portfolio of videos you made, with real view counts • TikTok Shop experience (big plus) • A great eye, fast editing (CapCut or similar).
