About the Practice Jennifer Mann Therapy is a modern, collaborative outpatient therapy practice serving clients across Connecticut and New York via telehealth. We provide compassionate, individualized care for young professionals, women during pregnancy and postpartum, couples, parents, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and major life transitions.

Our clinicians emphasize both skill-building and deeper pattern recognition, helping clients develop tools that translate into real life, not just the therapy room. We are a private pay practice and do not participate in insurance networks, allowing for a more personalized, clinically focused approach to care.

We are a warm, thoughtful, and growth-oriented team that values collaboration, autonomy, and high-quality care. As we expand our services, we are building a truly integrated model that includes both therapy and medication management, and we’re looking for a clinician who is equally invested in growing alongside us.
